Inclusive Solutions Co-operative is an emerging social firm with a mission to promote the social and financial inclusion of people severely disadvantaged in labour markets, especially those recovering from mental ill health and of BME origin.

Our aims are:
- To promote an inclusive society where new opportunities are created to assist, motivate and empower disabled people;
- To be an independent, flourishing social firm that works with employers, service providers and disabled people to increase opportunities and to assist disabled people in achieving their full potential and independent living.
We subscribe to the core social firm values of Enterprise, Employment and Empowerment focusing on providing support and an enabling environment for people recovering from mental ill health and and those severely disadvantaged in the labour market particularly of black and ethnic minority origin.
We will achieve our vision by:
- Creating a Centre of Excellence for equalities training, research, advocacy, consultancy, career guidance & advice and for business and entrepreneurial support services
- Providing Coaching, Mentoring and Peer Support to severely disadvantaged individuals particularly those recovering from mental illness and from ethnic minority backgrounds;
- Working in partnership with employers to improve employment and career development;
- Providing up-skilling, progression and volunteering opportunities and routes to employment through relevant quality training;
- Working with service providers, carers and service users;
- Promoting independent living, environmental sustainability, good citizenship, fairness and equality.
